Synology® Updates its Live Demo Site with DSM 2.2
Taipei, Taiwan—July 22, 2009—Synology® Inc. updated its live demo site with the upcoming Disk Station management software - Disk Station Manager 2.2.
"DSM 2.2 beta is a big success. It only took 6 days and we've already received over 4,400 applicants since the launch of the beta," said Edward Lin, marketing director of Synology. "Users who have not owned a Synology product or are not ready to upgrade to DSM 2.2 now have instant access to the new features offered with DSM 2.2."
The official release of DSM 2.2 is expected to be available in September 2009. It offers new DLNA compliant media server, iPhoneTM support, iSCSI support, Time Machine® support, built-in firewall, SNMP support and many more new features.
