Collected metrics will be uploaded to Active Insight server
Licenses are required corresponding to the number of hosts under monitoring
Enabling Active Insight will change the host's Time Setting to "Synchronize with NTP server"

Limitations

Minimum version required:
- DSM 7.2
- Active Insight 3.0.2
Active Insight requires a system memory of 512 MB or more
File activity monitoring requires a system memory of 1 GB or more

- Subscribe to additional licenses to monitor more hosts
- Assign licenses to hosts for the Active Insight service

Limitations

Active Insight can monitor up to 2,000 hosts
Hyper Backup status monitoring does not include LUN backup tasks
In a high-availability cluster, only the active server is monitored
