Synology Trust Level was introduced to validate packages downloaded from Package Center and Synology Download Center by using certificates. You can manually import this certificate via Package Center to validate and install packages when no internet access is available.
Once the download is complete, sign in to DSM as an administrator and go to Storage Manager > HDD/SSD > Settings > Drive Database > Manual Update to upload and install the firmware.
