According to the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, users who have a Synology Account or NAS located in China must bind their phone number to Synology Account to use our network services (e.g., QuickConnect). Failure to meet this requirement may result in QuickConnect and related services1 being suspended until the phone verification process is complete.
Notes:
- Synology applications (such as Synology Drive or Moments) that use the QuickConnect service to connect to Synology NAS will be affected as well.
