Exchange Online: Mails, attachments, and folder structures; contacts and calendars along with their attachments
SharePoint Online: Document libraries and lists of sites and personal sites
Microsoft Teams: Posts in original message formats, emojis, stickers, and settings such as member and guest permissions
Supports backing up all or selected users within a tenant by tasks
Supports backing up multiple tenants
Supports 3 types of backup policies: Scheduled, manual, and continuous backup modes
Supports 2 types of retention policies: Keep versions for a specified period or keep all versions
Supports custom concurrent backup limits for accounts and files to restrict the bandwidth consumption. The maximum values based on the RAM capacity are:
2 GB or less: 20
2 GB - 4 GB: 40
4 GB - 16 GB: 50
16 GB or more: 60
Storage efficiency
Single instancing: Files containing identical content will be transferred only once and stored on your Synology NAS with only one copy
Block-level deduplication: Files stored in Btrfs volumes (except encrypted shared folders) will be deduplicated according to the previous versions

Files and folders with names that exceed 255 characters on the backup destination

Files and folders stored in "Shared with me"

Reference attachments: Links to folders or files on OneDrive for Business or other supported storage locations. These are often attached to events, messages, Outlook tasks, or posts
