Important Note

1. Starting from version 5.0.3, VS360HD will no longer support AAC audio decoding. Cameras using AAC audio format can record properly, but VisualStation cannot play AAC audio. It is recommended to change to another supported audio format under IP Camera > Edit > Device > Video.

1. AXIS has updated their Barcode Reader into a new package that requires a paid license. Starting from this version, Surveillance Station will no longer support AXIS Barcode Reader as a transaction source in the Transactions application. (Learn more)

1. VisualStation 5.0.1-6255 is only compatible with Surveillance Station 9.0.2-8054 and above.

This version has been replaced by VS360HD 5.0.0-6242 to fix an issue where devices updated in intranet environments might be stuck on the power-on screen.

1. Fixed the issue where Live View might not display camera feeds properly when the function to automatically adjust the stream profile according to the display size is enabled on the corresponding camera.
2. Fixed the issue where certain Reolink cameras might stop recording after the system updates to Surveillance Station 8.2.9-7296.

What's New

1. Added support for the compatibility between DSM 6.2.4/DSM 7.0 or above in Surveillance Station CMS (the same Surveillance Station version is still required). *Note: Surveillance Station 8.2.9 for DSM 6.2.4 will be released within the next few weeks.
2. Added support for motion detection as an action in Action Rule, allowing third-party devices to trigger motion detection on cameras.
3. Added support for showing pop-up windows on specified VisualStations via Action Rule.
4. Increased the number of e-mail notification recipients to 10.
5. Enhanced the user experience of selecting multiple cameras when configuring Action Rule.
6. Increased the limit of camera names to 64 characters.
